How do I book a place?
Pick a place and dates, then tap Request booking. The host receives it, confirms, and Katfi calls them to verify before your payment window opens.
Why do I have to wait for confirmation?
Many hosts don't keep a live availability calendar. The phone check stops you paying for a place that's already taken.
How do I pay?
Card via Stripe, cash at our Damascus office or a nearby transfer office, or USDT.
How do refunds work?
Card payments are refunded within 5 working days. Want cash immediately? Collect it at the office minus a 2.5% card fee. Cash payments are refunded in cash with no deduction.
How do I become a host?
From your profile tap Become a host, upload your ID or passport, and support will call to verify your account and walk you through listing your place.
Is my data protected?
Your number and exact address are only shared with the other party after payment completes.
