Delete your Katfi account
You can delete your account yourself at any time from the app or the website, with no request and no waiting. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
From the Katfi app
- Open “My account” (the last icon in the bottom bar).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm with “Delete my account permanently”.
From the website
- Sign in at katfi.com.
- Open “My account” › “Security”.
- Click “Delete account” and confirm.
If you cannot sign in
Email “Delete my account” from your registered address to support@katfi.com; we delete it within seven days after verifying the sender.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your name, email, phone number, password, favourites, listings (if you are a host), identity documents, conversations and your Google/Apple link; all sessions are closed.
- Kept without your name: the record of paid bookings and payouts, because accounting law requires a financial trail; nothing in it identifies you.
- A host with unpaid earnings cannot delete until they are paid out; contact support.
